Question 1

What is the Healthive Partners program?

Accepted Answer

Healthive Partners is the official partner program for Healthive AI. Partners join as Owners, build a team of Managers and Trainers, share staff codes, and earn commission when referred users subscribe to Pro.

Question 2

Who can join as a partner?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who wants to grow Healthive AI distribution can apply as an Owner via the partners portal register flow. After registration and document review, Owners can add Managers and Trainers under their hierarchy.

Question 3

What are Owner, Manager, and Trainer roles?

Accepted Answer

Owner is the top of a partner chain. Managers report to an Owner. Trainers report to a Manager (or Owner). Each role can earn commission on Pro wins attributed through their referral hierarchy, based on active levels and program rules.

Question 4

How do partners earn commission?

Accepted Answer

When a user signs up with a partner staff code and purchases Pro, commission is attributed through the referral hierarchy. Earnings appear in the partners portal under Earnings, subject to level rules and withdrawal policies.

Question 5

What is a staff code?

Accepted Answer

A staff code is a unique referral code for each active partner. Users enter it when joining Healthive AI so purchases can be attributed to the correct partner chain.

Question 6

How do partner levels work?

Accepted Answer

Levels are based on paid users attributed in the current cycle. Higher levels can unlock better commission rates. Exact thresholds are shown in the portal under your level progress.

Question 7

How do withdrawals work?

Accepted Answer

Eligible partners can request a withdrawal from Earnings once they meet the minimum balance and have valid bank details on file. Requests are reviewed and processed according to program payout rules.

Question 8

Do partners need Healthive AI Pro?

Accepted Answer

The partners portal is separate from the consumer Free/Pro plans. Commission is earned when end users purchase Pro through partner attribution, not from the partner’s own app subscription.

Question 9

How do I contact partners support?

Accepted Answer

Use the Contact page on this site for partnership, commission, or portal questions. Signed-in partners can also open Support tickets inside the portal. You can email support@healthiveai.com.

Question 10

Where do end users download Healthive AI?

Accepted Answer

End users download Healthive AI from the App Store or Google Play via healthiveai.com. The partners portal is for partner registration, team management, and earnings — not for consumer app install.
