Partners Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using the partners portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portal or the partners program.

2. The partners program

The partners program lets approved partners (Owners, Managers, and Trainers) refer users to Healthive AI, manage team hierarchy and staff codes, and earn commission on eligible Pro subscriptions attributed through the program rules shown in the portal.

• Owner registration may require identity or business documents and admin approval.
• Managers and Trainers are invited by an Owner or Manager under program rules.
• Commission rates, levels, and payout minimums are defined by Healthive and may change with notice in the portal or by email.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Commissions and payouts

Commission is calculated only on eligible attributed Pro purchases according to current program rules. Illustrative examples on marketing pages are not guarantees. Withdrawals require valid payout details and are subject to review, minimums, and applicable tax or compliance requirements.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse staff codes, manipulate attributions, spam users, misrepresent Healthive AI, or use the portal for unlawful purposes. Healthive may claw back improperly attributed commissions.

6. Intellectual property

Healthive AI branding, portal software, and related materials remain owned by Virtuous Techlogic / Healthive AI. You may use approved brand assets only as authorized for promoting Healthive AI.

7. No medical or employment claims

The partners program is a commercial referral and commission arrangement. It does not create employment, partnership, or joint-venture status unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Healthive AI provides wellness information to end users and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthive AI and Virtuous Techlogic are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the partners program or portal. Our total liability for claims relating to the partners program is limited to commissions actually paid to you in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or portal notice.
