A staff code is the unique referral code for each active partner. Users enter it when joining Healthive AI so Pro purchases can attribute to the correct partner chain.
Why codes exist
Without a stable code, there is no reliable way to connect an app user to your gym, studio, trainer, or agency. The staff code is that link for the Partner Referral path.
How a user uses your code
Typical flow:
- You share your staff code (portal Staff code page — copy/share carefully).
- The user installs Healthive AI and enters the code during signup / referral entry (per current app UX).
- If they later purchase Pro under program rules, attribution can flow through Owner → Manager → Trainer based on who owns that code in the hierarchy.
Share codes in channels you control (member WhatsApp groups, trainer handouts, onboarding emails). Avoid posting someone else’s code as your own.

Team hierarchy and whose code “wins”
Owners lead the agency. Managers and Trainers sit under an Owner. Each role can have its own staff code. Attribution follows the member who owns the code the user entered — then commission can cascade according to active levels and program rules.
If two people in your org share overlapping audiences, agree internally who promotes which code so reporting stays clean.
Common mistakes
- Sharing a draft or inactive code — only use the code shown for an active partner in the portal.
- Confusing keys with codes — a Partner Key is not a staff code; redeeming a key unlocks yearly Pro for that user under product rules.
- Expecting commission on free users — unpaid / free usage does not create Pro commission.

Sign in → Staff code. Copy it, share it, and track referrals under the portal’s referral views where available.
New partners: register as Owner or ask your Owner to add you as Manager / Trainer after approval.
