Partners earn when end users join Healthive AI through their attribution path and purchase Pro. This guide explains the flow in plain language — without inventing payout guarantees.
The short version
- Someone signs up for Healthive AI with your staff code (or redeems an Owner Partner Key for yearly Pro).
- When they become a paid Pro user under the program rules, that win can attribute through the Owner → Manager → Trainer hierarchy.
- Your active level sets the commission rate for referral Pro purchases. Earnings appear in the partners portal under Earnings.
Exact rates and unlock thresholds are shown in the portal (and mirrored on the public “How you earn” section). Treat any dollar example as illustrative.
What counts toward earning

Staff codes and Partner Keys are different tools. Codes drive referral attribution and commission ladders. Keys are seat inventory from Admin-approved Owner requests.
Levels grow with paid users
Levels unlock based on paid users attributed in your current level cycle (the portal shows the cycle window and progress). Higher levels can unlock higher commission rates for Owners and Managers. Trainer rules follow the hierarchy published in the portal.
Do not assume a rate from a marketing example. Open Achievement / level progress when signed in — that is the source of truth.
How commission is calculated (referral Pro)
For referral Pro purchases, commission is based on the locked purchase amount (in the program’s primary currency) times your level rate. The public landing page shows an illustrative math example and the Owner/Manager ladders for education only.
What this guide does not claim:
- A fixed monthly income
- That every signup becomes a paid user
- That Partner Key seat pricing equals referral commission
Where to see money and withdraw
Inside the partners portal:
- Earnings — ledger of commission activity
- Bank details on file when you are ready to withdraw
- Withdrawal requests subject to minimums and program payout review
If something looks wrong (missing referral, unexpected status), use Support in the portal or Contact.
