How roles work
- Owner — top of a partner chain. Registers via the partners portal, completes document review, can add Managers/Trainers, and can request Yearly Seats / manage Partner Keys.
- Manager — reports to an Owner; grows referrals and levels under Manager rules.
- Trainer — reports to a Manager (or Owner); day-to-day member conversations and staff codes.
Anyone serious about leading the partnership should start as Owner. Individuals who already work under a gym/brand Owner should be added to that hierarchy instead of opening duplicate Owner orgs without a reason.

- Register as Owner — or ask your Owner to invite you as Manager/Trainer after they are approved.
- After access, copy your staff code, share it with your community, and use Support / Contact when you need help.
